The fund follows a rule-based investment approach, which composes of a quantitavely driven long-short equity portfolio, overlaid with derivative hedging strategies to ensure outperformance during equity market drawdowns. The fund targets moderate volatility with a maximum net long exposure of 40%. Average net exposure range beween -20% and 30%.
The fund aims to deliver net returns that exceed cash rates by 5% per annum, over a rolling 3 year investment period.
Suited to investors who want high long-term capital growth, but also want some protection against short-term fluctuations and drawdowns of the equity market. The fund can be a substitute or a complement to a flexible fund.
